Harry G. Foley, 77, Columbia

Harry G. Foley, 77, of Columbia, KY, passed away Thursday, June 5th, at University of Kentucky Hospital, Lexington, KY.

Harry was born in Somerset, KY on January 14, 1948, a son of the late Orpha (McGowan) and Velmer  Foley.

He served in the U.S. Navy and was a retired Electrical Engineer.

Harry is survived by his wife, Sandra (Stapp) Foley, of Columbia; a daughter, Jill Foley, of Indianapolis, IN; a son, Stuart Foley (Rebecca), of Guntersville, AL; two brothers, Ralph Foley, of Nashville, TN, Gibson Foley (Patsy), of Jamestown, KY.  He is also survived by six grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Loretta Cook and brother Alben Foley.

The family chose care and cremation.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
