Millie Carol (MC) Smith Neal, 27, of Jamestown, passed away Saturday,
January 14th, at home.

MC was born in Jamestown, KY on June 26, 1995, a daughter of Leonard
Dwight Smith, of Albany, KY and the late Millie Neal.

MC is survived by a host of aunts and uncles,
Carolyn Neal, Harry Neal, Jimmy Neal, Carol Nichols, Carla Coffey, J.D.
Smith and Clarence Smith.

She is preceded in death by her mother Millie Neal.

Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 19th at H. E.
Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY with Bro. Brian Fudge officiating.

Friends may visit 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 19th at H. E.
Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY.

Burial in Rexroat Cemetery Jamestown, KY.
