Rodney A. Pavlik, 57, of Jamestown, KY, passed away at 12:19 P.M., Sunday, October 1st, suddenly, in Columbia, KY, Adair County.

Rodney was born in Chester, PA on July 26, 1966, a son of Mary Ann (Lapowitz) Pavlik, of Delaware and the late Michael John Pavlik, Sr.

Rodney is  survived by a son,Curtis Pavlik, of Columbia,KY;

Rodney is also survived by a sister, Cheryl Figard, of Delaware.
a brother, Michael Romeis, of Texas;

He is also survived by 1 Granddaughter Amara Pavlik

Preceded by his wife Theresa Pavlik and a Brother Joseph Figard.

Memorial Service will be held 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 7th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY.
