Wanda Clayton, 89, Jamestown

Wanda Clayton, 89, of Jamestown, passed away Friday, October 13th, at her home.

Wanda was born in Jamestown, KY on March 2, 1934, a daughter of the late Roxie (McFall) and Carlos Leslie McWhorter.

She was a retired Headstart Teacher

Wanda is  survived by
a daughter, Tammy (James) Maynard, of Jamestown, KY
She is also survived by 4 grandchildren Heather (Mark) Rooks, Ashley (Kevin) Helm, Tyler (Jessica)Cundiff, Kristina (Devin) Wilson, 15 great grandchildren as well as a hot of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Wendell Clayton, daughters Sharon Clayton and  Sandy Dean, 3 brothers Les, Wendell, and Freddy McWhorter, sister June Johnson.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 17th at Jamestown Church of the Nazarene in Jamestown, KY with Pastor Brian Fudge and Bro. Troy McWhorter officiating.

Friends may visit  5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, October 16th at Jamestown Church of the Nazarene in Jamestown, KY and  8:00:00 to 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 17th at the church.

Burial in the Jamestown Cemetery Jamestown, KY.
