Betty Juanita Helm, 84, of Louisville, passed away Monday, November 6th, at home.

Juanita was born in Jamestown, KY on July 23, 1939, a daughter of the late Mary (Grider) and Carson Collins.

She was a homemaker.

Juanita is survived by
a daughter, Drema Harris (Robby), of Shepherdsville, KY.

She is also survived by 2 grandchildren Robert Harris IV, and Jessica Warner, 3 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband James (Montie) Helm, brother Charles Collins.

Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM CT on Thursday, November 9th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY.
