She was born on Wednesday, December 05 1945, in Haubstadt, Indiana.

She was the daughter of:
Mother – Wanda Southwood, who has preceded her in death
Father – George Southwood, who has preceded her in death

Survivors also include:

3 Sons:

• Richard Crockett, of Russell Springs KY.
• John Collins, of Evansville IN.
• David Crockett, spouse Ruth, of Hatfield IN.

She is also survived by three granddaughters, four grandsons, four great-granddaughters and three great-grand sons also survive. She was a certified nurses assistant and a veteran of the United States Navy.

Funeral services will be 1 PM Wednesday, December 20 2023 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

Visitation will be 12 NOON Wednesday, December 20 2023 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

Interment will be in Holt – Tucker Cemetery, HWY 1383, Russell Springs, KY.
