Ricky L. Wheat, 67, Jamestown

Ricky L. Wheat, 67, of Jamestown, passed away Monday, October 21,2024 at Russell County Hospital.

Ricky was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on May 24, 1957, a son of Edgar Wheat, of Greenwood, IN and the late Dorothy Darttlo. He served in the Army National Guard and was a factory worker.

Ricky is survived by his wife, Karen MClain Wheat, of Jamestown, KY; three sons Ricky Wheat, Jr., Matthew Wheat, both of Ohio; Chris Wheat (Lou), of Jamestown, KY; a sister, Jacqueline Wheat, of Indiana. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, one great-grandchild.

He is preceded in death by his mother and a sister Katie Rose Hamm.
