Gerald (Jay) W. Collins, 68, Mount Sterling

Gerald (Jay) W. Collins, 68, of Mount Sterling, KY passed away Tuesday, September 16th, at Windsor Care Center, Mt. Sterling, KY.

Gerald was born in Evansville, IN on January 18, 1957, a son of the late Margaret (Halsell) and Aaron Collins.

Gerald is survived by:a daughter, Tonya Bundy;a son, Joshua Collins; two sisters, Carol Lawless (Eric), Melissa McIntosh (Randy); three brothers, Roger Collins (Rhonda), Ronnie Collins (Laura), and Randy Collins (Melissa) and good friend, Jesse Miller.

He is also survived by five grandchildren, Josian, Braeleigh, Laila and Addie Collins, and John Parker Miller; several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and a sister Kathy Collins

Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM on Friday, September 19th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, with Bro. Eric Antle officiating.

Public Visitation will be held 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday, September 19th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY.

Burial in the Collins- Warriner Cemetery, Jamestown, KY.
