Lakers declaw Tigers
Russell County’s Kinnett Wills had another strong performance in the Lakers’ win over Clay County Friday.

The Russell County Mighty Laker Football Team sank the Clay County Tigers Friday to go into weekend play with a 3-1 record.
With strong offense, the Lakers declawed the Tigers 36-22 on the Clay County home field.
Quarterback Tanner Stringer and wide receiver Kinnett Wills continued to “shake and bake” and move Russell County into the win column once again.
The Lakers will be on the road again Friday as they face the Taylor County Cardinals.
