Lorene Pierce, 78, Stanford

Lorene Pierce, 78, of Stanford, KY, formerly of Jamestown, passed away Sunday, October 19th, at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY.

Lorene was born in Jamestown, KY on October 28, 1946, a daughter of the late Opal (Brumley) and Oral Wayne Brown.  She was a homemaker.

Lorene is survived by: a daughter, Patricia Pierce, of Stanford, KY; three sons Gary Pierce, and Ronald Pierce both of Russell Springs, KY, Larry Pierce, of Jamestown, KY.  She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a grandson Luke Pierce.

Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 23rd at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY with Bro. Steve Bunch officiating.

Public Visitation will be held 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 23rd at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY.

Burial in the Jamestown Cemetery Jamestown, KY.

Pallbearers: Jordan Pierce, Aaron Pierce, Josh Pierce, Jason Pierce, Corey Polston and Austin Polston.
