Kylie Jo Wilburn, 15, of Jamestown, passed away Wednesday, May 13th, at home.
Kylie was born in Lexington, KY on August 20, 2010, a daughter of Adam Wilburn and the late Misti Kemp.
Kylie is survived by: father, Adam Wilburn, of Burkesville, KY; maternal grandmother, Rita Kemp. of Jamestown, KY; a sister, Makhia Grayson, of Jamestown, KY; a brother, DaVonte Grayson, of Russell Springs, KY; two uncles, Shawn Kemp, of Jamestown, KY and Bo Kemp (Teresa) of Russell Springs, KY.
She is preceded in death by her mother Misti Kemp, Maternal grandfather Billy Kemp.
Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM on Monday, May 18th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY with Bro. Jamie McCormack officiating.
Public Visitation will be held 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday, May 18th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY.
Burial in the Jamestown Cemetery, Jamestown, KY.
