Audrey Hart Tucker, 94

Audrey Hart Tucker, died Friday, June 26, 2026. She was born in Russell Springs, KY on March 17, 1932, to the late Bessie Gadberry and Marvin Hart. In addition to her parents, Audrey is preceded in death by her late husband Thurlo Tucker of 68 years, as well as her brothers and sister; Cordell Hart, Roscoe Hart (the late Wanda) and Gwen Hart Wyatt (the late Jimmy).

Audrey is survived by daughters Yvonne Kay (Pete) Gibson, Connie (the late Ric Stofer).

Adoring grandmother to Morgan Daulton, Anne (Cody) MacDowell and Tucker Alan Stofer, as well as great-grandmother to Madeline June.

She is also survived by her brother Keith Hart and wife Georgene.

Audrey also leaves nieces, nephews as well as many friends. A very special friend Arlene Robertson. Loving care givers Tinia Peatross and Savanna Roy.

Those who knew Audrey will remember her as a devoted housewife; her baking skills, especially her fried pies will be remembered. She was an avid gardener/farmer. She could make almost anything grow. She was a retired nurse’s aide from Sunrise Manor nursing home. Her care for her patients was noted and appreciated. She was a longtime member of the Pine Grove Separate Baptist Church.

Pallbearers will be Pete Gibson, Tucker Stofer, Anthony Hart, Greg Wyatt, Morgan Daulton, and Anne MacDowell.

The visitation will be held 10:00 am-1:00 pm on Tuesday, June 30th, with funeral services following at 1:00pm CST at Bernard Funeral Home, with Brother Daryl Coe and Brother Donald Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at the Pine Grove Separate Baptist Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy be made to the Pine Grove Separate Baptist Church Cemetery fund. Donations can be made at the funeral home.
